What they could use were their bodies.” Liu Bolin describes his experience as a neartist, which led to the creation of his signature “inisible man” series. In the performance art works, created at a tmultuous time in his life and for Beijing’s art community, Liu camouflaged himself into things like walls, bridges and telephone booths.
