On April 10, a “Partnership program” memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Xueyuanlu Subdistrict of Haidian District of Beijing and Chinese tech platform Meituan-Dianping to optimize community business services at the subdistrict.
During the signing ceremony, the private beta version of a life service map based on Meituan-Dianping’s big data was launched for the subdistrict.
The subdistrict and its first enterprise partner will jointly build a “Meituan community lab” to explore Meituan-Dianping’s resources like big data, enterprise database and deliverymen for providing community and residents with the services they need, and to pilot enterprises’ new services at the community.
Under the program, the two sides will focus on the cooperation in five aspects, including jointly building an “Intelligent community workshop” to incubate innovation projects to serve community, piloting an “Intelligent environmental protection” project to publicize and explore the intelligent classification of take-away garbage, developing a series of intelligent maps based on Meituan-Dianping’s big data, cultivating a new community retail type and hosting a design festival at the subdistrict.
