Beijing opens 2 new self-help exit-entry service halls

Two self-help exit-entry service halls opened in Xicheng and Shijingshan districts in Beijing recently.

Both the halls accept applications for the endorsement of an electronic pass card for travelling to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and collecting exit-entry permits.

The center at No. 4 Xinbi Street in Xicheng District opens for 24 hours a day, while the center at No. 3A Guchengnanli Community in Shijingshan District opens from 8 am to 12 pm per day.

At the self-help service halls, citizens can receive their passport or electronic pass card after applying for it at the exit-entry service centers in Xicheng and Shijingshan districts. And citizens can apply for the endorsement of a valid electronic pass card at a nearest self-help service hall.

So far, there are six self-help exit-entry service halls in Beijing, which are located in Dongcheng, Chaoyang, Fengtai, Tongzhou, Xicheng, Shijingshan districts respectively.
