In the future, the workshop will meet residents’ demands to open more courses so as to facilitate residents to have a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese culture.

“Apart from the training courses for residents, the workshop will also provide free convenience services like matching keys and repairing furniture for surrounding residents,” he said.

Party secretary of Chaoxi Community expressed that the opening of the workshop is not only a way to promote traditional Chinese culture, but also an attempt to build an autonomous platform for residents. The workshop will help cultivate a number of skilled craftsmen at communities.
