The 2018 Beijing Foreign Language Festival will be held at the main venue at Beijing Chaoyang Park on October 13 and 14, 2018.
This year, the festival will continue to be held on the theme of “learn foreign languages, promote exchanges and prepare for the Olympic Winter Games”. A total of 20 activities will be held at different areas in orange, red, blue, green and gold at the main venue.
The festival will open a book exchanging market and a book donation station on the site where citizens can exchange or donate their spare foreign language books.
In addition, the festival has begun issuing 10,000 free tickets from October 1, and citizens can scan the following QR code to apply for free tickets.
Beijing Foreign Language Festival is the only large city-wide garden activity on the theme of “foreign language exchange and learning” in Beijing. It has been held for 19 times and attracted more than one million citizens. It has become an important platform for citizens to exchange foreign language learning experiences and display foreign language learning results, aiming to stimulate citizens’ enthusiasm for learning foreign languages, promote citizens’ understanding of cultures of different countries and improve citizens’ foreign language communication level and international communication ability.
