Beijing Tiantan Hospital will begin trial operation and receive patients at its new location at No. 119 of the South Fourth Ring Road in Fengtai District of Beijing on October 6, 2018.
Covering a total construction area of over 350,000 square meters, the hospital at the new location has been built for five years, with significantly improved service environment and conditions.
After relocation, the hospital will open new departments of cognitive disorder, cardiac and macrovascular surgery and rehabilitation and strengthen personnel training, research and innovation, achievement transformation as well as the construction of basic disciplines of internal medicine, external medicine, gynecology and pediatrics to provide patients with more comprehensive, more continuous and better medical and health services.
During the relocation period from October 1 to 3, the hospital will stop its outpatient service at the old location. On October 4, the hospital at the old location will close and patients who have made an appointment can see a doctor at the hospital at the new location. On October 6, the hospital at the new location will be put into trail operation and receive patients.
At 8 am on October 4, the emergency department will stop outpatient service at the old location and open outpatient service at the new location simultaneously.
Now there are 10 bus lines passing by the hospital at the new location, including No. 90, 602, 845, 161, 353, 627, 691, 692, 736 and 845, and people can also take the Metro Line 10 to arrive at the hospital.
