Air China restarts routes between Beijing and Pyongyang after six months’ interrupt. From June 6, 2018, Air China has three scheduled flights to and from Beijing Capital International Airport and Pyongyang Sunan International Airport every week, Beijing Daily reported.
An online ticketing website shows, Air China’s CA121 flight departs from Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport at 13:25 on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, scheduled to arrive at Terminal 2 of Pyongyang Sunan International Airport at 16:20.
An hour later at 17:20 on the same day, Air China’s CA 122 flight will depart from Pyongyang to return. The single ticket costs about 2,440 yuan(U.S. 381 dollars).
It is learnt that besides the reopening of route to Pyongyang, Air China will open a series of international routes to make layout among countries along the “Belt and Road”, which include routes of Beijing-Hanoi, Chengdu-London, Beijing- Hailar- Irkutsk.
