Dashilaner to optimize slow traffic system

Xicheng district will accelerate block management and establish a perfect slow traffic system in Dashilaner sub-district in 2018, according to a press conference of Xicheng district on January 9. Dashilaner will be divided into four blocks, namely, Meidong Demonstration Block where is full of time-honored enterprises, Xiejie Comprehensive Block of Culture, Education and Tourism, Xiheyan Traditional Residential Block and Liyuan Culture Block, the birthplace of the Peking Opera. At the same time, the district will engage on renovating for Shijia hutong and Liangshidian street. It plans nine micro-circulating routes, and establish a perfect slow traffic system.
