Tongxin Bridge, a bridge road over Tonghui River in Chaoyang District of Beijing, officially opened to traffic on January 8, 2018. The 61-meter-long bridge shortens the walking time from more than 20 minutes to 10 minutes between the subway station and Banbidian Village.

The newly-built white bridge is designed in the shape of an arch moon and decorated with colorful lamps. The bridge shines like a rainbow when all lamps go on at night. Residents give the bridge a nickname of “big eye bridge” as the bridge and its reflection in water look like a big bright eye from a distance.
