The Beijing Organising Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing 2022”) launches its first worldwide open staff recruitment on its official website - www.beijing2022.cn on March 20.
According to an official of Beijing 2022, a total of 22 staff members will be recruited for 21 positions this time, including 11 staff members to be recruited worldwide for 10 positions involving planning and construction, venue management, market development, media, finance, law and foreign language.
Beijing 2022 will establish a Talent Pool. Applicants who do not meet the qualifications for the positions recruited this time and have passed the qualification review of this recruitment will be included in the Talent Pool. Later on, Beijing 2022 will send recruitment announcements directly to the persons included in the Talent Pool if they meet the requirements of positions to be recruited. The best will be hired in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Recruitment of Beijing 2022.
Beijing 2022 will work out a scientific and comprehensive training plan including general training, professional training, venue training and post training for the staff members recruited to build an efficient team.
Beijing 2022 will organize written examination, interview and background checkup in April and May for qualified applicants, and decide the persons to be recruited according to their combined examination results, working experiences, position matching degree and the results of background record review.
